Superstar Rajinikanth is one of the most loved stars of Malayalees. He has been a superstar in Tamil cinema for the past several years. He is currently the most admired Tamil actor after Vijay. But recently he said something on a stage. He revealed that he was a person who still had to conquer many heights, but because of alcoholism, he often held back.
Rajinikanth was once a heavy drinker. But occasionally he gave up drinking. Now he is revealing the reason for giving up alcohol completely. Rajini says that he stopped drinking after being advised by director K Balachandran. K Balachandran is a director who is the mentor of Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan.
Rajinikanth was once acting in a film directed by Balachander. Rajinikanth was drunk when he reached the room after shooting. The director called Rajinikanth saying that there is one more scene to be shot and he should go there immediately. Rajinikanth went there with mouth spray so as not to know that he was drunk. Rajini did not go to the director so that he would not know that he was drunk. But the director realized that he was drunk.
Then the director called Rajinikanth and asked – Do you know Nagesh? He is a very good artist. You are not even an ant before him. But Nakesh got drunk and ruined his life. Now if they see you drunk, they will take off your shoes and beat you. Rajinikanth completely avoided alcohol after this. Later, Rajinikanth says that no matter how cold he goes, he does not drink alcohol. He adds that this is the biggest mistake he has made in his life.
