Twenty-year-old Mohan Singh was killed in the incident. Mohensing’s friends killed the 20-year-old and mutilated his body.

Ajay Mahato refused to pay, despite being asked to pay several times. Ajay Mahato became angry as Mohan Singh asked for money several times.
Then he decided to kill Mohan Singh. The accused arranged Mohan Singh’s friends for the murder.
Mohan Singh was invited by the accused to a party on the instructions of Ajay Mahato. After killing the youth during the party, the accused mutilated the body.
The brother says that after killing the body, the eyes were gouged out and the body mutilated. Mohan’s body was found during an investigation following a complaint filed by his relatives with the police that he was missing.
