In the Punnoon video, the Indian government is also warned that the Indira Gandhi Airport will be closed on the 19th. Punnoon also said that once Punjab gains independence, the name of the airport will be changed to Shahid Beant Shahid Satwant Singh Khalistan Airport.
Beant Singh and Satwant Singh were the bodyguards who assassinated Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on October 31, 1984 at her residence in Delhi.
Pannoon said that the struggle for Punjab’s independence had already begun with the Khalistan referendum and Indian tanks and artillery could not stop its realization.
