A blast occurred near a mosque in Kabul on Wednesday afternoon injuring at least six people. According to reports, the blast was reported at Pul-e-Khishti Mosque in the capital town of Afghanistan.
The Muslim worshippers had gathered in the mosque for afternoon prayers when the blast occurred.
In a statement by Kabul security department, the blast took place after a hand grenade was thrown at worshippers at the mosque. Initial reports suggest that six people were wounded in the blast.
