Ford India has launched two variants of its EcoSport – EcoSport S and EcoSport Signature Edition. An interesting feature, which the company has added into these variants, is the ‘Power Slide Sunroof’. While the petrol version of EcoSport Signature Edition has been priced at INR 10.40 Lakh, that of the diesel version comes with a price tag of INR 10.99 lakh. The 1.5 three cylinder TiVCT petrol engine present in the car, delivers 123PS of peak power. Similarly, the diesel engine is powered by a 1.5 liter TDCi mill.
On the other hand, the EcoSport S has been priced at INR 11.37 lakh for the petrol edition, whereas the diesel variant comes with INR 11.89 lakh. Powered by a 1.0 Liter EcoBoost engine, the power mill churns a power of 125PS and the peak torque figure stands at 170Nm. The 1.5 liter diesel version delivers a peak power of 100PS.
