Honor killing in Ernakulam Aluva. A father poisoned his four-year-old daughter for falling in love with a classmate of a different religion.
A week ago, the father poisoned his daughter. The poison was forcefully poured into the mouth. The child was admitted to the hospital after his health condition worsened.
The condition of the child, who was being treated in the hospital for a week, was critical. The 14-year-old girl succumbed to her death today around 4:30 pm. The police have arrested the child’s father in the incident.
The girl was brutally attacked last Wednesday. A month ago, the father forbade both of them when he found out about his daughter’s love affair with a classmate.
Later, a mobile phone was recovered from the hand of the girl. There was a fight at home over this. After throwing the child’s mother and brother out of the house, the father beat the girl.
After this the father went out. When the mother went inside, the girl’s mouth was full of poison. He was immediately admitted to a private hospital.
The girl told the police that after beating her, her father poured poison into her mouth. A case was registered and the father was arrested. Meanwhile, the father told the police that he had knocked over the poison bottle in his daughter’s hand.
