Accident at Cusat
News comes that four students have died in a stampede during a music festival in Kusat.
Very sad.

It is not our practice to do adequate crowd management and pre-evacuation planning in fairs and gatherings with large crowds.

Now, beyond banning children’s techfests, there will be guidelines, trainings and drills on how to conduct events safely.
Condolences to the bereaved families

(Recently read that there was a drill on how to evacuate the hall in the event of an accident on the first day of a Jehovah’s Witness conference and that avoided the second-tier disaster of an accident, good)
