Mizhi is one of the most loved series by the Malayalam audience. Sanju is the central character of this series. This character is played by actor Salmanul Faris. Recently a prominent channel of this series has been released. It was then that the audience saw another actor playing the role of Sanju. The audience was shocked by this. Now Salman is giving an explanation about this incident. Salman gave the explanation on Instagram Live.
“I have not withdrawn from the series. It changed me. As per the artists’ serial schedule, the date was given on the first 15 days of the month. Or enter the date from 16th to 30th. After devoting half of the entire month to a series, they can do anything else for the next 15 days. Even if they take up another series, it’s not a big deal. But when we were doing the series Mizhi Randilil, none of the main characters had taken up any other serials.
Meanwhile, my mother became unwell. So many expenses were incurred. It has reached a stage where income should be increased. I tried another series with the consent of the makers of the series. That’s how a project came to Sun TV. I had told that to the team in Mizhiran right from the very beginning. But even when the shooting of Tamil Parampara started, the portions here were not taken. Finally bringing in an additional character for me for the time being. So they said they can extend the shooting for a week. But they didn’t agree.
That’s how they came to the decision to change the hero. I did the same. Sanju will always be a character close to my heart. I did that series with so much emotion and love.
