Lockdown will Not Be Prolonged but there will Be Restrictions for Transport, PM

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said the lockdown imposed in the country on the back of the Covid epidemic will not go down. Lockdown will only occur until April 14th. But travel control will continue. The Prime Minister said this in a video conference held with the chief ministers of various states.

Restrictions on travel systems used by large numbers of people will remain. Air and rail are likely to remain in control.

The number of HIV-infected people in the country exceeds 2,000. The death toll is also rising. Earlier, Union Cabinet Secretary Rajeev Gouba had said that the central government is not considering any plans to extend the lockdown and it is astonishing to see such reports.

Similar to China, there has been a lot of publicity on social media, such as India and Lockdowns being extended for more days. Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Health Minister KK Shailaja’s Chief Secretary Tom Jose and other top officials attended the Prime Minister’s video conference.
