Filmmaker Mani Ratnam has been tested positive for COVID-19 and has been admitted to a private hospital in Chennai. As per reports, Mani Ratnam is stable now and has no other symptoms of the virus.
The Ponniyin Selvan director was working on the post-production work of his forthcoming magnum opus as the historical drama is all set to release on 30th September this year.
Several from the industry have been wishing the director a speedy recovery.
