Google has partnered with NCERT for bringing up an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) curriculum. The partnership is expected to bring up Digital Citizenship and Safety course to the ICT curriculum. Partnered with NCERT on the Safer Internet Day 2018, Google intends the course to teach students about various aspects of internet safety – Social, ethical and legal.
That said, the course of Google is been divided into four categories – Being Smart, Being Safe, Being a Digital Citizen and Being Future Ready. The course also aims to inform teachers about the areas of digital citizenship.
