HMD Global has officially launched the Nokia 6.1 smartphone in the US for $269. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 SoC, the device sports a 5.5 inch 1080p LCD screen. The RAM/ROM combination stands at 4GB/32GB. As far as the camera units are concerned with, the company has placed a 16MP sensor on the rear side, whereas an 8MP camera unit is been placed on the front side. Having Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box, the Nokia 6.1 comes with all the major connectivity options.
The device is sure to find a place among the lower priced smartphone market in the US. Since major companies have placed their bet on $800 and above segment, the main competitors of Nokia 6.1 in the US market would be Moto G6 and Xiaomi Mia A1.
