The ambitious plan of govt. in migrating the country to electric vehicles by 2030, is going to fetch electric vehicle owners some grand offers. Going in line with NITI Aayog’s drafting policy, electric cars might be eligible for three year free parking anywhere as well as going to get exemption from paying at toll stations. That said, how to distinguish electric cars from the rest? The govt. is going to add yet another colour for number plates. The draft policy for e vehicles will grant a green number plate for electric cars. Now that would make it the fifth colour number plate of the country.
