Second blast in Jammu in 12 hours; One child killed and six injured

Blasts in Jammu and Kashmir for the second day in a row. A child was killed in an explosion at Dhangri village in Jammu’s Rajouri district. Five people were injured.

This is the second blast in Jammu within 12 hours. Four people were killed and six were injured in the explosion at the same place on Sunday.

Eyewitnesses say that some gunmen who came to the car threw the explosive device and then drove away. At the same time, Additional DGP Jammu said that other places where the explosion is suspected have been inspected and steps have been taken to prevent the blast attempt. Mukesh Singh informed.

Those killed in Sunday’s blast have been identified as Deepak Kumar, Satish Kumar, Pritam Lal and Shiv Pal. Pawan Kumar, Rohit Pandit, Saroj Bala, Sushil Kumar, Subh Sharma and Urvashi Sharma were injured.

Four terrorists were killed in a police encounter on December 28. The police had recovered bullets and about eight guns from their possession.

Jammu and Kashmir Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha announced a financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh to the families of the deceased. Manoj Sinha’s office also announced that the government will give joy to a member of the family. Financial assistance of one lakh rupees will be given to those seriously injured and better medical facilities will be ensured.

At the same time, former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti came forward accusing BJP of being the cause of the disaster.
Mufti alleged that when the BJP came to power, it had promised to end the terrorist activities in Jammu, but the attacks in Jammu have become a continuation of the story.
