Serious complaint against Kannada superstar Rishabh Shetty, Bengaluru police filed an FIR on the complaint

Rakshit Shetty is one of the most loved actors of Malayalees. He is a Kannada film star but he has many fans in Kerala as well. His films Kirik Party and Charlie 777 created a big wave in Kerala as well. Now there are reports that the police has filed an FIR against him.

Apart from being an actor, he is also a director, producer and writer. He also has his own production company. The name of his production company is Paramwah Studios. An FIR has now been lodged against this production company. As he is the head of the production company, the FIR has been lodged in his name.

His latest film is Bachelor Party. He used some songs in this movie. It is said in the FIR that he has used these songs without copyright permission. The official work of the film started on Amazon from March this year. He included songs from the movies Omme Ninnannu and Nyaya Elliday in the movie Bachelor Party. A person named Naveen Kumar has now claimed copyright infringement.

Naveen Kumar is a partner of MRT Music Company. He is the one who has now come forward with the complaint. He has filed an FIR at Yeshwantapur Police Station in Bengaluru. Currently, the police have started an investigation in this case. There was a similar allegation of copyright infringement against a song from his friend Rishabh Shetty’s film Kantara. Thaikudam Bridge, a music band in Kerala, claimed the rights violation. The case was filed by Mathrubhumi Music in this regard.
