Suresh Gopi pushed the journalists away. He pulled the car door and left

Actor and Union Minister of State Suresh Gopi got angry with journalists who sought a response to the allegations against prominent Malayalam actors. The incident took place at Thrissur Ram Nilayam. Suresh Gopi dismissed the journalists by saying ‘My way is my right’. Journalists had sought the Union Minister of State’s opinion on the same issue in the morning. Suresh Gopi was still angry and responded. His response was that journalists are exaggerating the issue. Meanwhile, BJP state president K Surendran himself called a press conference and clarified the party’s position. K Surendran clarified that the party’s position should be stated by the party leadership and not by Suresh Gopi. BJP’s position is that Mukesh, who is facing major allegations, should resign. As a film actor and Union Minister, Suresh Gopi may have an opinion. But K Surendran said that the party has its own stand.

Suresh Gopi’s position was that the court should decide the matter including Mukesh. This was corrected by the party state president himself. After K Surendran’s press conference, journalists again approached Suresh Gopi. That’s when he pushed away the journalists and pulled the car door shut. He also clarified that there is no facility to respond to journalists.
Suresh Gopi responded in the morning that these emerging allegations are a fodder for the media. ‘You make money out of it. There is no problem. But you are subverting the larger system. These matters are before the court. The court has intelligence and reason. Let them decide accordingly.
