BJP leader Yasin Khanwaz was killed by a group of people, police said. The incident took place in Rajasthan’s Alwar district. At the same time, the attackers had an old dispute with the BJP leader’s family. After the attack, Yasin was shifted to the hospital and succumbed to his death during treatment.
Police have registered an FIR against four persons and others in connection with the murder.
While returning to Alwar, armed assailants intercepted their car near Vijaypur village and brutally beat Yasin Khan to death. “The attackers hit Yas with an axe. Arms, legs and back were broken in the attack with iron rods. The assailants fled from the spot.” Police said.
Those who were with Yasin reported the incident to the police and immediately took him to Jaipur for treatment. Yasin Khan died while undergoing treatment at Jaipur’s Sawai Man Singh (SMS) Hospital.
