Idukki: The policeman who caught the woman in a private bus has been suspended. Senior Civil Police Officer Ajasmon of Idukki Peruvanthanam Police Station has been suspended. He was suspended by the District Police Chief.
The incident related to the case took place in broad daylight yesterday.
The incident took place in Ponkunnam police station.
The complaint was that Ajazmon grabbed the young woman who was carrying a baby in a private bus inside the bus.
Ajas was caught by the woman’s relatives and locals and handed over to the police.
The court had remanded Ajas in the case of Ponkunnam police on the girl’s complaint. This is followed by suspension.
