Things To Take Care of even After Lock down

Kerala is also seen tying up and bottling Corona’s second coming. It is with great pleasure that from tomorrow onwards, efforts are being made to slowly normalize the lives of some districts.

We have escaped from a situation that could have cost tens of thousands of lives. How precisely our health care system and leadership have dealt with this! On many occasions, we would never know about such activities. That is the method of disaster mitigation. Whenever there is a road accident at twelve o’clock, everyone who remembers riding there and rescuing the victims will be remembered and appreciated. But if someone says no after 10 pm and people don’t travel accordingly, then no one knows or understands the dangers and the survivors. No one who has heard his word will know whether anyone who advised him survived. So no thanks, no appreciation, no recognition …

But Keralites have noticed and understood what Kerala has achieved in the wake of this disaster. Perhaps we can more or less realize the extent of this achievement, depending on what happens elsewhere. However, survivors of tragedy mitigation are important for survivors, and those who survive do not recognize or thank them.

As coronation decreases, a few more things to look out for.

1. This corona will remain a nightmare for humans until the vaccine is invented. No one can predict how long. One assumption is twelve to eighteen months. So why shouldn’t the Malayali Super!

2. During this period, again and again, corona waves will reach the world. Corona will come to Kerala again, and it can only be captured by stringent measures. In the coming months, we must see the possibility that life will be paralyzed again, and any wave of it will be transformed into a tsunami, increasing the number of patients and the death toll in the thousands beyond our health systems. So don’t worry that the coronation is over or the corona is dormant.

3. The world after Corona is not the same as the world before Corona. So do not learn any lessons from this, and do not think that Corona can go back to normal life. We have changed a lot personally and socially. The vast majority of changes, such as hand washing, work from home, telemedicine and online learning, are beneficial to society. We can build and build a better society by learning the good lessons and avoiding the bad ones. The government has a lot of work to do, and specific proposals are being prepared.

4. You said that the coronavirus would go through society again and again until it was discovered. Assume that we have a chance to get it in any of these. Evidence from all countries suggests that although coronavirus affects any age group, the elderly and those with other lifestyle disorders are more likely to die of illness and die.

5. In this we have nothing special to do with the age factor. It has been reported that people at any age are more likely to be affected by obesity, and more than eighty percent of those who attend the ICU are obese. So one thing that can be done before the next arrival of Corona is to reduce timber through diet and exercise. As the corona approaches, we should help the health workers who are trying to save us. With good health at any age, fewer obesity, and more lifestyle habits, we can be ready to take control of our lifestyle, prevent corona and improve the quality of life in general.

6. Having gone through the coronation, we had the opportunity to understand for ourselves what is important in life. We need to rethink why money is made, what form it should be, and how it should be spent. Safe travels should be practiced as much as possible. We have come to realize that the second villa, the third flat, and the fourth plot are very costly and unnecessary when needed.

7. It is also an opportunity to learn how much stability is humanity in human life. It doesn’t take a week for things to go wrong as things are going well. When making decisions in your life, you have to think about how to deal with any kind of Google phone.

8. It is important to empower our children as quickly as possible when our lives are not predictable. If we do not just teach them the basics of life, we can help them to get good grades by sending them to school and college.
