A policeman has been arrested in the case of torturing a 40-year-old woman with a promise of marriage. Vigilance Grade SPO Sabu was arrested. The accused is a native of Kachani, Thiruvananthapuram.
According to the complainant, he tortured her for seven years by threatening her with a nude video of the victim. Sabu’s arrest was recorded by Aruvikara police.
The accused had recorded the nude video of the woman, who got separated from her husband.
The woman had recently lodged a complaint with the Aruvikkara police after the accused circulated the video clip. Two people who circulated the video were arrested the other day.
