Johnny Sagarika was arrested in a fraud case. He was arrested in a financial fraud case. After this, it is said in this complaint that the police team came to the opposite party’s house and threatened them saying that it was a compromise. Coimbatore Crime Branch SP PN Rajan also came to Johnny’s flat in Vythila, Kochi on the 2nd of June last.
The Tamil Nadu Crime Branch team reached the flat in Kochi while the producer was in the Coimbatore jail in a financial fraud case. SP and others came in uniform. A person named Jins Thomas who filed a complaint against the manufacturer was also in this group. Daughter Dickle Johnny said that they threatened her and tried to humiliate her. Now the producer’s daughter says that the police team came to inspect the house but the police acted like intermediaries of the complainant.
The case is that he was cheated by buying two crore 75 lakh rupees in the name of film production. A person named Dwarak Udayashankar filed a case against the producer. Meanwhile, the daughter says that the cases against her father are fabricated. The case has now been registered in the FIR without mentioning the SP’s official position or address. The Maradu police has only responded regarding this matter that the investigation in the case is going on.
