I have sold my house and given it to a poor person. After fifteen years of renting I am building my own home.

Pashanam Shaji is a familiar star to Malayalees. After selling the house, he and his wife are now living in a rented house. These are the words of the actor, I am building my own house after living on rent for fifteen years. After selling that house and investing another ten lakh rupees, a house is built for someone else. He is a cancer patient. My wife and I went to see him when he was told to buy medicine early. A house covered with flux. And this sick person is lying on a sheet. My wife and I went to buy it saying that we will get a bed.
Then his wife asked if he could build us a small house. Because they have two girls studying in Plus One and Plus Two. They get up at two in the morning to go to the toilet. Because it goes in the field. If you want to go again, you have to be Nattapathira.

When I heard that, I thought I could build a small house for them. So we decided. Locals and close family members came to know this and joined us. They said that they can make a big house for everyone. It was said that if there is one person each to pick the stones, then there is no need to pay labor wages.
But, the enthusiasm of the locals ended in a day. The people who came the day the first stone was laid did not come again. My wife and my boyfriend did the rest. I went to Kozhikode for the shooting of the film after asking him to build the floor. When I asked him how many loads of stone he used to build the floor, he said fourteen loads of black stone. When I come and look, the floor is tied at chest height. When I asked him why he was doing this, Pulli’s question was, what if the water comes in? Anyway, I built the house myself.
I built that big house with two bed rooms, attached bathroom, hall and kitchen. Now those babies are going to the good toilet. That family is happy now. Sometimes my wife and I are called. I am currently living in a rented flat.
