Akhil said that make-up artists are those who wipe the sweat of artists and they do not have the qualifications to stand in front of the writer and director. “I have been working in the television industry for the past 15 years as a writer and director and have won the state government's award for best director. Akhil Marar disagrees when he asks whether those in the make-up team who wipe the sweat of the artists on a shooting set are qualified to come and stand in the 7 ayal of the director or writer. Makeup artists are the first to arrive at a shooting location and know the director's mind and work 100% sincerely. Even good directors with years of experience have great respect for makeup artists. Artist means artist. An artist is not just someone who acts in front of the camera. Writers, directors and make-up artists are artists themselves. In my experience, make-up artists are the ones who genuinely work on location with the director in mind. I have many makeup artists who are my closest friends. I would never say that none of them should come to my seven thousand. They are my close friends” – says Albi.

They do not say anything to the director and the writer to stand in the same circle, the make-up artists are the ones who stand with the director. Let there be no sadness in the mind of any makeup artist. Makeup artists should respond to this comment. I will never accept someone, as an artist or as a human being, who says that makeup artists are people who live off of artists. I am not posting this because my wife is a Bigg Boss contestant. “Because I am a director, I see all the colleagues working on location as family members, starting with the camera, light, sound, make-up production,” says Albi Francis.
