So far, Covid 19 has affected 12.68 lakh people with 69152 deaths . Corona virus has been reported in all countries of the world. Our country is also on lock down to fight Covid. But even after a 21-day lock down, the restrictions will remain strong. There are many things we need to do to prevent the spread of the virus. Not using public transport systems can help prevent the spread of Covid19. But there are many things that can be done to prevent the spread of the corona virus, even when used on its own.
Here are six different ways to Disinfect the Vehicle.

Personal hygiene :

Personality is the most important thing. Be sure to wash your hands before leaving the car. You can also wash your hands or use a hand sanitizer before returning to the car. This will prevent the corona virus from getting inside you. Also, try to cover your nose and mouth if you sneeze or cough inside the vehicle. It is best to use the mask.

Car cabin can be kept clean :

The corona virus is transmitted through droplets. If Covid 19 infected patient enters the vehicle, the virus is more likely to stay on the vehicle surfaces. Coronaviruses can live for hours to days on different surfaces. Therefore, vehicles should always be kept clean. Dashboards, door pads and seats should be sanitized and kept clean. Also, the interior of the car can be vacuumed periodically.

Constant touching places can be disinfected :

Vacuum dust can be effectively disinfected from the interior of the vehicle. Permanently touching parts can be disinfected at first. Doorpads, steering wheel, gear lever and hand brake,  grab handles, adjustment levers,  seat belt, dash board, touch screen, all buttons and switches. Clean the car’s  key using the sanitiser or any disinfectant . It is best to do this periodically. Avoid using bleach and ammonia that may damage the color or interior of the car. Be sure to use car cleaning products that are available on the market.

Clean upholstery :

Clean the seats and upholstery of the vehicle. Clean with soap or disinfectant. Even after years of buying a new car, have you seen anyone carrying plastic covers in Seattle and Sunblinders? These are unchanged so as not to get mud in the seat. But at least try to tear them down. The car is not new but the health of the people inside it is great.

Service the AC :

Most of the bacteria and fungi are in the car floor, dashboard and AC vents. Therefore it is advisable to change or clean the AC filter. And clean the AC vent.

Keep distance :

Be careful not to give others your own vehicle at this point. Also, make sure that the occupants do not have any fever or any other illness. Taxi drivers most of the time try to wear the mask. Do not put people in the front seat of the vehicle and leave it behind. Be careful to clean the interior of each vehicle when you leave.
