THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: KSRTC has stolen the Ayyappa devotees during the Mandala-Makara Vilakkal period. Preparing. The move is to levy an extra charge from the Sabarimala pilgrims again. The average km income of a corporation is Rs 41 but this is Rs 110 for the Nilakkal-Pampa chain. That is three times as much. James, founder of the Center for Consumer Education in Palau, has filed more than 10 lawsuits in the High Court since 1994 against the over-charge of Sabarimala services.
