903 Covid cases in Kerala today, 641 patients recovered

Thiruvananthapuram: Covid-19 has been confirmed for 903 people in Kerala today. Health minister KK Shailaja teacher informed this through her official facebook post. 213 from Thiruvananthapuram district, 87 from Malappuram district, 84 from Kollam district, 83 from Ernakulam district, 67 from Kozhikode district, 54 from Pathanamthitta district, 49 each from Palakkad and Kasaragod districts and 43 from Wayanad district. Kovid 19 cases were confirmed today in 42 cases from Kannur district, 38 cases from Alappuzha district, 34 cases from Idukki district, 31 cases from Thrissur district and 29 cases from Kottayam district.

Kutti Hasan (67) who was undergoing treatment in Malappuram district died after being confirmed by Covid 19. This resulted in 68 total deaths in the state. Today, 90 of those diagnosed with the disease are from foreign countries and 71 from other states. 706 people were infected through contact. The contact source of 35 of them is not clear. 198 in Thiruvananthapuram district, 77 in Kollam district, 60 in Kozhikode district, 58 in Ernakulam district, 52 in Malappuram district, 43 in Wayanad district, 39 in Pathanamthitta district, 33 in Alappuzha district, 32 in Kasaragod district and 27 in Kottayam district. The disease affected 25 people in Idukki district, 22 each in Thrissur and Kannur districts and 18 in Palakkad district.
