Jayasurya played the titular character in the film who is a circle inspector who suffers ruptured eardrums and loses his hearing during an investigation regarding the missing case of a teacher named Prakashan.
Apart from Jayasurya, ‘John Luther’ also has the actors Athmeeya Rajan, Siddique, Drishya Raghunath, Sreelakshmi, Pramod Velliyanad, and Deepak Parambol in pivotal roles.
