The accused was sentenced to six years in prison and fined Rs 30,000 in the case of sexually harassing a minor girl. Aluva Fast Track Special Court Judge A.F. Varghese punished.
The incident took place in January 2020. The girl who was walking on the road was attacked. Under the leadership of Chengamanad S.I. Ragish Kumar, an investigation was conducted and a charge sheet was submitted. Adv. PG Yamuna was the Special Public Prosecutor.
