The words of Nisha Jose K Mani, wife of Jose K Mani, are noteworthy now. She says that she was suffering from cancer and faced it with determination. Nisha added that she underwent surgery. Nisha says that she did not have any symptoms. Since 2013, Nisha has been involved in activities including helping cancer patients. Cancer screening camps are also conducted to create awareness about the importance of mammogram. Nisha says that she also used to get a mammogram once a year. The disease was confirmed in a mammogram done in October this year.
Nisha was not ready to be disappointed even though she was affected by the disease. Nisha says that she was determined to fight the disease and conquer the cancer. “I’m lucky for everything. I received two blessings. One of them is the full support of the family’, says Nisha in the video shared. Nisha said that Jose K. Mani was with her all the time including during the surgery. Nisha added that all the parents and relatives stood with them and what more do they need. It is also said that the second blessing was his inner strength.
‘I see so many cancer patients. I have the strength it gave me. So it’s going well now. It only matters after conquering cancer,’ said Nisha Jose K Mani. Many people have commented below Nisha’s video with wishes and support. Every year October 1st to 31st is observed as Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The World Health Organization observes the month of October as Breast Cancer Month with the aim of educating women about the symptoms of breast cancer, the ways to detect the disease and the treatment methods.
