Advocate Harish Peradi said that newspapers and channels should not come up with the sentimental title ‘Justice for the victim’. Punishment does not bring justice to any victim. Harish says that the injustice was already done when the crime took place.
Harish also said that if a person with violent sexual passion towards children cannot be made a normal human being with life imprisonment, then there is no wrong in hanging him for the safety of other children to live.
