The motor vehicle department released the robin bus seized by the motor vehicle department to the owner. Robin bus was seized in the morning on 24th of last month.
The Pathanamthitta Judicial Magistrate’s Court yesterday ordered the release of the bus after paying the fine. Then the owner approached the police yesterday but did not release the bus.
The bus was released today after considering the court order. The bus was released after an inspection by the MVD.
The motor vehicle department said that buses can be operated only as per the current law, otherwise they will face action.
Meanwhile, Robin Girish is making serious allegations against the Motor Vehicle Department after the bus was released.
Girish alleges that the gold and money kept in the cart is lost. The necklace of the second driver of the bus and about Rs 48,000 of collection money were kept in the bus.
Girish informs that it was lost from the bus. Girish told the media that legal action will be taken against the motor vehicle department in the incident.
