Pathanamthitta: Motor vehicle department officials have filed a complaint against Robin bus operator Girish to Pathanamthitta SP.
Complaint that Robin bus operator Girish threatened to kill them. Two people who are AMVIs filed a complaint against Girish.
Following the complaint, Girish was instructed to appear at the SP office today. At the same time, Girish responded that the complaint is fake and it is a revenge for losing continuously in court.
The owner of Robin Bus had approached the High Court this month against the continuous inspection and seizure of the bus by the Motor Vehicles Department.
Robin bus owner approached the High Court with a contempt of court petition. The petition has been accepted on file by the High Court. The High Court had also directed the Transport Secretary to submit an affidavit in the context of the petition.
