Facebook owned photo sharing app Instagram has come up with two new features – Stories Highlights, and Stories Archive. These two features, which adds variety to the ‘Instagram Stories’, happens to be part of Instagram’s feature of saving favourite stories. In order to highlight a particular story, users would have to click the ‘New’ circle, out form which one can select the story, which they want to highlight. Doing so, will mark that particular story appear highlighted on the user’s profile.
As far as the ‘Stories Archive’ is concerned, user can avail the same method to archive a particular story. Users will be provided an option of auto archiving in the profile settings section. Informing the same, company officials suggested that the latest updates will reach Instagram users on version 25 for both iOS and Android users.
