Plex, when launched its latest music player ‘Plexamp’, many found it quite similar to that of the yesteryear popular music player, ‘Winamp’. While launching ‘Plexamp’, the company officials mentioned that both Windows and macOS users could download the application from the company’s website. Essentially a dedicated music – streaming application, ‘Plexamp’ plays almost all the existing audio formats. Having gone for a minimalistic design, ‘Plexamp’ has opted for‘search base’ music discovery functionality.
There comes a host of features associated with ‘Plexamp’, such as a twist on the ‘radio’ feature; there are three types of radios, ‘Library Radio’, ‘Time Travel Radio’, and ‘Artist Radio’.
