Hike Messenger has launched a new feature, ‘Hike ID’. The feature will let users chat on Hike, without sharing their mobile number. Highlighting the importance on privacy, Hike officials maintained that Hike ID, was their next step towards the mission. With the entry of this new feature, one could search and find any user using the Hike ID.
Hike ID, which is right now limited to Android users, will soon be rolled out for iOS user as well. Meanwhile, Hike is planning to expand their service base to a wide variety of areas – booking cab, bus, train, movie tickets and to name some more.
