Having found issues with the Takata passenger front airbag, Honda Cars India recalled over 2,0000 vehicles of its – 2013 model Accord, City and Jazz. When contact, the company officials maintained that the latest happening was part of their precautionary global recall campaign. That said, the replacement would be carried out without any cost at HCIL dealerships across the country.
Customers can access the company website, www.hondacarindia.com and see whether their car was covered under the campaign. They need to enter the 17 character alpha numeric Vehicle Identification Number for checking their car status.
