Apple has launched the Business Chat feature to its iMessage platform. The latest feature is meant for users for communicating with business entities within iMessage. Set to be launched in Beta version along with iOS 11.3, the Business Chat feature will take on WhatsApp Business. Earlier, it was during the Apple Worldwide Developer Conference, last year, which the feature was announced by the tech giant.
The move is definitely a major push for B2C Communications, payments and customer services for using Apple’s platform. While many consider iMessage as a place for personal communication, some studies have shown that the platform would give way for more business purposes.
