Instagram and Snapchat have decided dropping the ‘Giphy GIF’ sticker feature. It was after a group of users complained about the presence of a racist GIF, which both the image sharing apps decided removing Giphy temporarily. The condemnable GIF conveyed some derogatory messages against black people. Soon after spotting the GIF, both the Instagram and Snapchat apps maintained that such a mistake should have never been happened.
Well, removing the GIF, the Facebook owned Instagram commented that they had stopped integrating the content of Giphy.
