WhatsApp has rolled out a new feature with the Android update 2.18.138. The feature allows users to access WhatsApp chat without opening the app. The latest update comes with a link to the website, ‘www.ma.me’, which does the trick. The hyperlink of api.whatsapp.com could be used to open up the chat even without using the browser.
The feature, according to the official information, comes with adequate protection. Every time, a customer tries accessing the link, WhatsApp would be checking whether the user uses the right WhatsApp number. Along with the feature, comes the ‘Sticker Album’, which however, is limited for the beta users.
