Indian Railway has issued a notification regarding a vacancy of 27,019. Out of the total number of vacancies, 17,849 are of Assistant Loco Pilot’s, while the remaining 9,170 are of Technician’s. The railway advertisement memo, dated 01/2018, needs to be applied on or before February 26. While for Assistant Loco Pilot, the qualification is a pass in Matriculation/SSLC and ITI/Apprenticeship or Engineering Diploma/Degree, railway mandates candidates to be aged 18 – 28.
For applying to the Technician’s post, applicants should have passed Matriculation/SSLC and ITI/Apprenticeship or Plus 2 with Physics and Mathematics/Engineering Diploma.
