Police will produce all the 5 accused in the case of a woman getting brutally raped in Kadinamkulam, Thiruvananthapuram, before the court. While they have filed a charge sheet against 6 people, police is in search of the main accused, Noufal. The five year old child of the victim has given testimony that he had seen what happened to his mother, while maintaining that he too was attacked. With this, Police would impose POCSO charges against the accused.
Police would conduct further investigation, upon getting the accused under custody from the court. Also, police is yet to register the arrest of Manoj, who is under custody right now. It is been reported that POCSO charges won’t be levied against Manoj.
