Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan maintained that the state would soon begin the flight service to Dubai. As was informed by the CM, the Dubai government had given approval for the entry of emigrants, and Kerala would start flight service to Dubai from June 22 onwards. The decision was taken by the government as several of its NRI population are waiting for returning to gulf countries and join their respective duties.
CM has also informed that he had sent an email to the Civil Aviation Ministry, demanding the same. As far as the conductance of Covid test is concerned with, CM maintained that the state government was willing to undertake the test. Earlier, the Dubai government had nodded for emigrants and tourists to enter the country from July 10 onwards.
