200 seem to be the new base for Kerala, as the state has registered yet another 200 positive cases today. Today, the daily positive case count has reached the record figure till date, with the state adding up a total of 240 new positive cases. The number of samples that turned negative has crossed 200 mark and stands at 209. With this, the total number of covid cases in Kerala has reached 5,204, while the state’s total active cases have reached 2,129. A total of 3,048 people have recovered from the disease. Amongst those who have turned positive today, 152 are from overseas, while 52 came from other states. 17 got the disease through transmission.
