Actor Mohanlal’s new house in Dubai is in the news these days. Lal bought his new flat on the 45th floor of RP Heights owned by Expatriate businessman Ravi Pillai. This house is located near Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. The house warming ceremony was held on 12th November with less than 15 people including Mohanlal and wife Suchitra attended the function.
The 4,000-square-foot, three-bedroom flat includes an Infinity Pool outside the building. The house itself has a collection of items that Mohanlal has found interestingly and bought from different parts of the world. The interior works of the flat took about 3 months to complete.
The entire RP heights complex has 294 apartments in total. In addition to the badminton court, billiards playing and yoga area, and gym, there is also an extensive library in the flat building. There are flats ranging from one thousand square feet to five thousand square feet in size. They are priced between Rs 2.5 crore and over Rs 30 crore.
