1. Kerala University (All India Ranking – 47)
2. Mahatma Gandhi University (All India Ranking – 52)
3. IISER Thiruvananthapuram (All India Ranking – 58)
4. Cochin University of Science and Technology (All India Ranking – 99)
Only 4 institutions from Kerala able to secure their place in the top 100. Institutions with less than 1000 enrolled students are not ranked in the Overall Category.
