Mohanlal drove Sameer Hamsa’s Mini Cooper John Cooper Works and video has been set to the background music of Sagar Alias Jacky from ‘Irupatham Nootandu’. Although the superstar owns a few luxury vehicles, we have not seen him often driving them.

The screenplay was written by Jijo Punnoose based on his novel Barroz: Guardian of D’ Gama’s Treasure. The film is produced by Antony Perumbavoor through the company Aashirvad Cinemas.The film is the most expensive Malayalam film ever made with a budget of 200 crore.
