The 75th edition of the prestigious Cannes Film Festival kicked-off on Tuesday and the best part is that actress Deepika Padukone is also a jury member. On Tuesday evening, the festival kicked off and the judges’ panel was introduced to the media.
The jury members include Rebecca Hall, Noomi Rapace and Italian actor-director Jasmine Trinca, as well as directors Asghar Farhadi, Ladj Ly, Jeff Nichols and Joachim Trier.
In a video shared by Ramin Setoodeh, a journalist from Variety, the host is heard announcing everyone’s name.

For the ceremony, Deepika Padukone wore a shirt with tropical prints and a pair of emerald green pants – designed by Sabyasachi.
On the eve of the opening ceremony of the 75th edition of the Cannes Film Festival in Cannes for which, she picked a Louis Vuitton piece.
