Girishma is an accused in the Sharon murder case in Parashala. News is coming out that they have now received a setback in this case. They had filed a petition in the Supreme Court demanding that the final report in the case be quashed. This is now rejected by the court. It was argued that the Crime Branch DySP had no legal authority to file the final report. It was shown that only the Station House Officer has the authority to file this report. They approached the Supreme Court after the High Court rejected this demand earlier.
Sharon was close to Grishma. It is said in the case that the young man was called home and poisoned with tincture and juice. Both were in love. Meanwhile, the girl got another marriage. It was a soldier's marriage proposal. The girl did this to avoid her boyfriend. Asked to leave the relationship but Sharon was not ready to back down.
