A young man brutally killed a 20-year-old woman for rejecting his love request. The incident took place in Karnataka. The young man broke into her house and stabbed her while she was sleeping. The police reached the spot after receiving information about the accident.
The incident took place on Veerapura Lane in Hubballi. The murdered girl has been identified as Anjali Ambigera. Police added that the accused Vishwa alias Girish is absconding after the incident.
Another was the reported murder of a girl named Anjali near Veerpura Oni village. This morning an assailant came inside their house and stabbed her. We have registered a case and are now conducting further investigations to find out the reason behind this tragic incident.” Hubballi Dharwad SP Gopal Bayak said.
A police team has been formed to find the accused and further investigation is underway.
