Reliance launches new Geo TV Plus service The new content aggregator service was introduced at the company’s annual general meeting. Over the top (OTT) platforms such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Hotstar, TV channels, various applications and services are all available through the Geo TV Plus platform.
Aakash Ambani unveiled the Geo TV Plus user interface at the annual general meeting. The 12 flagship OT platforms will be available on Geo TV Plus. Users can easily search for programs and movies.
There are various OT services available, but you only need to log in once for all of these services. That means you do not need to log in separately for Netflix and Amazon Prime. It also has voice search facility.
Reliance has also introduced a new device called Geo Glass along with Geo TV Plus. GeoGlass offers services based on mixed reality technology.
